Capital City College Group is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our partnerships with construction employers, win new accounts, and convert opportunities into apprenticeships. You will manage a pipeline from main contractors to trades, aligning with curriculum delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Sector knowledge or experience in Construction.
• Business development / sales experience and a passion for education and skills.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and quick to learn.
• Experience in a business development role is desirable.
• Ready to contribute to college community.

Responsibilities

• Win new employer partners and grow the value of existing accounts
• Use market intelligence to spot opportunities, including levy and non-levy funding routes
• Record and report pipeline, conversion and income in our CRM
• Work with curriculum and apprenticeship delivery to ensure sustained delivery
