You will gather order requirements, schedule workloads, respond to inquiries, and ensure on-time product delivery while maintaining ERP records.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service or project management, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education, training, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, project management, or construction site development.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and production drawings.
• Working knowledge of CP&P products and their applications preferred.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order process from intake through delivery and invoicing.
• Gather complete order requirements, schedule orders, and monitor job progress.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed.
• Follow up on submittals to ensure timely approval and processing.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, on-time product delivery.
• Coordinate field support visits and ensure resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and internal systems.
• Attend team meetings and assist with departmental support as needed.
