Job summary

CMC is hiring for a role focused on managing the entire order process, from intake to delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or project management, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Job Overview

This role focuses on managing the full order process from intake through delivery and invoicing. You will coordinate with customers, internal departments and field teams to ensure accurate, on‑time product delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full order process – intake, scheduling, monitoring, delivery and invoicing
  • Gather complete order requirements and prepare accurate quotes
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed
  • Follow up on submittals to ensure timely approval and processing
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate, on‑time product delivery
  • Coordinate field support visits and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP and internal systems
  • Attend team meetings and assist with departmental support as needed
Qualifications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Titan or similar preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and production drawings
  • Working knowledge of CP&P products and their applications (preferred)
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Additional education, training or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, project management or construction site development
