Qualifications

• 10+ years of Construction Management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Direct and organize meetings with stakeholders as required by leadership.
• Interface with multiple KA offices, departments, and external partners.
• Lead staffing of Project Managers, Coordinators, and Marketing as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
