Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from 4-year college/university or equivalent experience.
• 3 years or more of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, maximize profitability and generate future work through building relationships.
• Experience in construction/project management and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management for a project or assist senior management on projects.
• Manage field staff, contract documents, subcontractor performance, vendor compliance, budgets, costs, safety, profitability, and compliance.
• Develop purchasing strategies, project flow charts and schedules.
• Establish and coordinate overall project schedule and ensure cost control.
