Job summary

RK Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Leader to drive construction projects within budget and schedule while following company policies. You will oversee Pre-Construction, Planning & Preparation, Execution & Control, and Closeout for multiple Business Units.

The role demands strategic leadership, cross-functional coordination and a strong focus on safety, vendor relations, and staff development to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in construction or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple programs with strategic impact.
• Proven track record of on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of business units and groups.
• Ensure Pre-Construction Planning and Budgets align with contracts.
• Monitor labor loading, cost projections and monthly reports.
• Maintain owner, contractor, engineer and vendor relations.
• Coach and mentor staff, conduct performance reviews and trainings.
• Ensure safety systems and health programs are followed.
