Job summary

Redwood Living, Inc. seeks a Construction Operations Agent to build and update construction estimates and budgets for multifamily developments. You will create schedules, review non-contracted spend, and support continuous improvement initiatives across RCC. You’ll act as a brand ambassador and ensure a high‑quality experience for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include budget management, takeoffs from plans, and coordinating with RCC leadership to meet lender requirements and project timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word, with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Bachelor’s Degree or other continued education.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain construction loan budget estimates using Excel and construction software.
• Use Construction Software to create accurate takeoffs from Civil and Architectural plans.
• Manage overall construction loan budget estimating process by scheduling due dates and leading meetings.
• Update finalized budget throughout active construction to accommodate changes.
• Monitor spend during construction against budgets and report findings.
