Based in Warminster, PA, this pivotal role involves steering daily activities, supervising teams and subcontractors, guaranteeing exceptional project outcomes, and fueling company expansion. The position demands a seasoned leader with a knack for operations and a dedication to excellence in home renovation services.

This role combines responsibilities as both Operations Director and HR Lead, tasked with shaping a structured management system while managing day-to-day operations and personnel functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate across departments (sales, operations, and administrative staff)
2. Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their needs and exceeding expectations
3. Enhance efficiency and service quality by developing and enforcing operational policies
4. Support business development by aiding in lead generation and sales strategy creation
5. Oversee office administration and daily operational workflows
6. Use project management tools to monitor progress and maintain detailed records
7. Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations
8. Drive business growth by contributing to expansion strategies and marketing initiatives
