What You’ll Do

• Design & Prototype in Figma: Create high-fidelity UI mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems using components and variants.
• Enhance User Experience: Analyze current flows, identify pain points, and propose UX improvements based on best practices.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers, developers, and senior designers to translate user needs into intuitive, appealing designs.
• Research & Innovate: Stay updated on UX trends and tools, conduct competitive analyses, and suggest innovative ideas to keep Sacrena’s interface ahead of the curve.

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced Figma Skills: Mastery of components, variants, auto-layout, and scalable design systems.
• UX Principles & Innovation: Strong understanding of user-centered design and enthusiasm for experimenting with modern UX patterns like micro-interactions and adaptive layouts.
• Attention to Detail: Pixel-perfect precision in spacing, typography, and visual consistency.
• Communication & Feedback: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Portfolio: Showcases of UI/UX work (web or mobile) demonstrating Figma expertise and creative problem-solving.
