Job summary

Window World of Southwest Florida is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Fort Myers team. You will coordinate installation and service schedules, support multiple crews, and communicate daily with customers and field staff.

No window and door industry experience is required; training is provided. You will manage job paperwork, track costs and performance, maintain CRM records, and contribute to a high-performing culture with growth opportunities.

• This position involves working with labor percentages, job costs, production reports, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and service schedules.
• Support 5 installation crews and 2 service technicians.
• Communicate with customers and field teams daily.
• Process job paperwork and maintain organized records.
• Track performance metrics, labor percentages, and production results.
• Help solve issues and keep projects moving forward.
• Order parts and assist with warranty requests.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
