Qualifications

• 3+ years in office management, bookkeeping or operations.
• Hands-on accounting and payroll experience required.
• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook and general computer skills.
• Ability to build and improve office systems and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounting and financial administration, AP/AR processing.
• Review invoices, organize documents, and support billing.
• Coordinate payroll and HR documentation.
• Maintain confidential financial records and SOPs.
