The Role

This position typically works Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

As our Construction Office Manager, you will lead team meetings, prepare financial reports, manage sales data, and ensure alignment with company goals. You will guide clients, oversee subcontractors and staff, and support team development through coaching and scheduling. Your role is vital in streamlining operations and fostering a positive work culture, including implementing the BTA Management System.
