Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking an exceptional Construction Observation & Testing Project Manager (COT PM) to join our dynamic team in York, PA. As a COT PM, you’ll supervise field technicians, perform critical observations and testing for Special Inspections, compile reports, and coordinate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Construction Observation & Testing (COT) experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field is a plus.
• WACEL, NICET, ICC and ACI certifications.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to effectively coordinate projects.
• Good driving record, valid driver's license and your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Construction Field Technicians in the field.
