Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors during construction activities.
• Interact with customers building their new home to ensure satisfaction.
• Rotate through Sales, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking areas to gain broader exposure.
