• Assist in project management and estimating in the scaffolding division.
• Learn materials, safety, jobsite conditions, submittals, change orders, and customer contact.
• Attend various internal Sales and Project Management meetings.
• Learn and apply basic estimating practices and software; access drawings and specifications for bids.
• Convert take-offs to proposals and create bid folders.
• Engage in conversations with customers by phone and email.
