Faith Technologies, Inc. invites motivated students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering to join our Estimating team as an intern in Menasha, WI.

You will work closely with Estimating, Project Management and Preconstruction to gain industry knowledge and career progression. Ideal candidates bring blueprint reading basics and a willingness to learn, with travel of 5–15% and a schedule aligned to project needs.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or relevant program.
  • Relevant coursework or internships in construction/project management advantageous.
  • No prior work experience required.
  • Travel 5–15% to field sites and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Review spec information to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
  • Attend job site walk-throughs with senior estimators and supervisors.
  • Organize bid components for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform takeoffs electronically from drawings (circuiting, scaling, counting devices).
  • Consult with clients, vendors, foremen, superintendents, and project managers on cost estimates.
  • Discuss changes with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Finalize and follow up on completed bids.
  • Process miscellaneous paperwork.
