Qualifications

• Five years of experience in construction testing/inspecting soil, concrete, masonry and/or asphalt materials.
• Active industry certifications: ACI Field Testing Grade I; Strength Testing Technician; Laboratory Technician.
• ICC Special Inspector (Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, Soils).
• Strong English reading/writing and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing and observations of construction materials on multiple project sites.
• Manage data using Metafield field and laboratory information systems.
• Maintain field and lab equipment to industry standards.
• Communicate with management, contractors, and clients to report progress and resolve issues.
• Follow IBC standards for testing and inspection of materials.
