Job summary

Texas Materials is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Beaumont, TX market for Ready-mix products. You will develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies, driving volume and margin while managing a team of Account Managers and coordinating with internal departments to ensure top-tier customer service.

The role requires a business or marketing degree and at least two years in sales or marketing, with Salesforce experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar preferred.
• Minimum of two years in Sales/Marketing or customer service focus.
• Salesforce experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers to grow new and existing business.
• Achieve planned sales levels for Ready-mix products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of product line, changes, and selling strategies.
• Develop strategies to meet sales goals and profitability.
• Manage budget and forecast for the market area.
• Collaborate with Qualitäts/Production/Operations/Accounting for service excellence.
• Attend industry associations and networking events.
