Job summary

County Materials Family of Companies in Madison, IL is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project planning and execution, review designs, prepare quotes, coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery.

The role serves as a key link between teams and customers to keep construction material projects on track and aligned with company standards, while leveraging knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft 365 to support design reviews and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 4 years’ equivalent work experience in a field-related area.
• Familiar with a wide variety of fields’ concepts, practices, and procedures.
• AutoCAD experience and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Reviews engineering drawing plans and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Oversees, monitors, and coordinates sales orders.
• Prepare quotes and take-offs for construction materials that are specified in City, State, and/or DOT construction plans.
• Acts as a liaison between team members and the rest of the organization.
