Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 4 years’ equivalent work experience in a field-related area.
• Familiar with a wide variety of fields’ concepts, practices, and procedures, AutoCAD experience, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Reviews engineering drawing plans and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• Oversees, monitors, and coordinates sales orders.
• Acts as a liaison between team members and the rest of the organization.
• Plans and organizes loads within the region to dispatch trucks to meet customer requests and production activities.
• Prepares quotes and take-offs for construction materials specified in City, State, and/or DOT plans.
• Ensures the team’s goals reflect the company’s culture of success and leadership commitments.
• Creates initial rough product designs into working drawings/documents.
• Has knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in construction materials (Precast concrete preferred).
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
