County Materials Family of Companies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning and execution of concrete construction projects in Roberts, WI. You will review designs, prepare quotes, coordinate orders, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with company standards.

The role requires working across teams, coordinating loads, and maintaining strong communication with customers. A field-related degree or equivalent experience is expected, with familiarity in AutoCAD and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 4 years' equivalent work experience in a field-related area.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Reviews engineering drawing plans to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Plans, organizes loads within the region to dispatch trucks.
• Prepare quotes and take-offs for construction materials.
• Oversees, monitors, and coordinates sales orders.
• Acts as liaison between team members and the organization.
