Job summary

The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials is seeking a Construction Materials Production Manager to lead the Proficiency Sample Program in our Frederick, MD office. You will schedule, coordinate, supervise production, ensure safety, and drive quality across soils, aggregates, asphalt, liquids, emulsions, and paint proficiency testing.

We value five years in construction or related fields, a high school diploma, strong leadership, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in the construction industry or related field.
• Familiarity with sample materials and general material handling processes.
• Able to operate computers for document creation, editing, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise all PSP production activities.
• Ensure calibration, standardization, maintenance and verification of PSP equipment.
• Prepare and maintain PSP data files and records for timely sample production.
• Train, develop, and evaluate team members under PSP operations.
• Work with safety policies and OSHA guidelines across the production facility.
