Job summary

AASHTO is hiring a Construction Materials Production Manager for our Frederick, MD office. The role oversees the PSP program, schedules production, and supervises staff using various construction and laboratory equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality proficiency samples.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years in construction or a related field, a high school diploma, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in construction or related field is required.
• Must be familiar with sample materials and general material handling processes.
• Proficient in computer operation (document creation/control, editing, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise PSP production activities in a safe, efficient, and error-free manner.
• Maintain PSP data files and records for scheduling and production tracking.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials and ensure timely, quality distribution of samples.
• Lead training, development, and evaluation of team members under their supervision.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
