Job summary

Raymond Building Supply, a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Florida. You will generate new business, maintain existing accounts, and coordinate pricing, scheduling, and deliveries with contractors across our southwest Florida locations.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of sales experience in building materials, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to estimate from blueprints using a calculator and computer. Regional travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales experience in building materials or related industry.
• Ability to negotiate prices and contractual agreements.
• Estimating from blueprints using calculator and computer.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and secure new accounts for the company.
• Maintain existing accounts and generate new business through cold calls and following leads.
• Prepare, coordinate, and communicate price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers/contractors.
• Resolve customer complaints and problems.
• Assist in the collection of accounts receivable.
• Coordinate project schedules, contractor schedules, and material deliveries.
• Prepare and input orders as necessary.
• Inform company of pricing, products, and area insights.
• Maintain knowledge of daily and monthly sales relative to budget and margins.
