Job summary

Tucker Paving, Inc. is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Site Superintendent to oversee field operations for site development projects in Winter Haven, FL. You will lead crews and subcontractors, coordinate equipment and materials, and maintain production schedules to ensure quality, safety, and on-time completion.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, the ability to read plans, knowledge of earthwork, utilities, paving, and GPS/machine-control tech. OSHA 30 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Tucker Paving crews and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety regulations and act as OSHA competent person when needed.
• Maintain field records of time, materials, production.
• Utilize GPS and machine-control tech where applicable.
