Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science or geology with 8 years’ practice experience, or 12 years’ related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction materials department and oversee medium-to-large, complex projects.
• Lead client and stakeholder interactions to ensure goals are considered in execution.
• Design and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance with approved safety plans.
• Coordinate resources, monitor progress, and forecast expenditures.
• Mentor project staff and communicate status to teams and clients.
• Develop risk awareness and apply company risk policies.
