Job summary

Vaco Staffing is seeking a Construction Materials Coordinator for the Southside of Jacksonville, FL. This in-office role focuses on preparing and analyzing product samples, recording specifications, and ensuring accuracy in evaluation and reporting.

Responsibilities include measuring and analyzing samples, documenting discrepancies, and generating detailed customer reports. Requires attention to detail, basic lab equipment experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in flooring, siding, or roofing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with measuring devices and light lab equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
