Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Construction Engineer Project Manager to oversee all phases of engineering and construction, from planning through completion. The role blends technical expertise with project leadership to deliver safe, on-budget results in Louisville, KY.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, develop schedules and budgets, review drawings, and manage procurement and change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (P.E. license preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in construction or engineering project management.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
