Job summary

gpac is seeking a Marketing Manager for a Houston-area construction company to lead branding, proposals, and business development efforts. The role requires understanding of construction marketing and collaboration with leadership and operations to showcase projects, people, and capabilities.

You will manage marketing materials, digital campaigns, social media, and client outreach while coordinating photography and events. In-office position with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Construction/AEC marketing experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience creating proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and qualifications packages.
• Skilled in social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing, branding, and overall messaging for the company.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, project highlights, and collateral.
• Assist with proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and qualifications packages.
• Manage social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
• Support business development and client outreach efforts.
• Coordinate project photography, events, sponsorships, and initiatives.
• Strengthen presence in the Houston market.
