Harper Brothers Construction in Houston, TX is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing, communications, branding, and pursuit efforts. The role collaborates with executive leadership, business development, estimating, and operations to strengthen market presence across Texas and adjacent states.

You will manage campaigns, coordinate RFQs/RFPs, and develop compelling content while maintaining a consistent brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing, comms, or business development.
• Experience in construction or industrial services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead marketing and communications initiatives aligned with goals.
• Coordinate qualifications, proposals, and presentations for pursuits.
• Develop pursuit messaging, content organization, and proposal production.
• Maintain Harper Brothers brand across client materials and digital channels.
• Track metrics and report on proposal activity.
• Collaborate with operations, estimating, BD, and leadership.
