Job summary

Robins & Morton is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Texas region, based in San Antonio. You will work with the Texas Division Marketing Director to prepare proposals, qualification packages, sales presentations, and marketing content that win pursuits across the state.

The role requires strong writing, organization, and the ability to translate technical project information into client-focused materials. A Bachelor’s degree and PowerPoint/InDesign skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, public relations or related field preferred.
• Experience with AEC proposal or pursuit is a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal, qualification, and presentation deliverables from kickoff through final submission.
• Collaborate with the Texas Division Marketing Director and operations leaders on pursuit strategy.
• Gather project information, resumes, approach narratives, graphics, and other content from technical teams.
• Maintain and improve marketing resources, including project profiles and proposal content.
• Ensure high-quality, brand-aligned marketing deliverables and formatting.
• Coordinate presentations, messaging, and team coaching for bids.
• Assist with project photography, award submissions, case studies, and storytelling efforts.
• Support regional marketing needs including client events and market research.
• Participate in team collaboration, workload planning, and process improvement.
