Qualifications

  • 1–5+ years of marketing, communications, proposal coordination, or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, public relations, or related field preferred.
  • AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) or professional services experience a plus.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and offices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take initiative, seek guidance when needed, and grow within a collaborative team.
  • Ability to coordinate input from multiple contributors and translate information into client-focused content.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate proposal, qualification, and presentation deliverables from kickoff through final submission.
  • Support pursuit strategy and develop clear, client-focused messaging with the Florida team.
  • Collaborate with technical team members to gather project content and resumes.
  • Maintain and improve marketing resources, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

  • Assist with project photography, case studies, and storytelling efforts to strengthen presence.
  • Support regional marketing needs including client events and market research.

The Marketing Coordinator will play an important role in supporting Robins & Morton’s growth across Florida. This role will work closely with the Florida Division Marketing Director and Florida marketing team to coordinate and develop proposals, qualifications packages, sales presentations, marketing content and collateral, and other regional pursuit efforts across the state.

This position is ideal for a proactive, highly organized, deadline-driven marketing professional who enjoys working collaboratively with technical teams, translating complex information into compelling client-focused content, and producing polished, brand-aligned deliverables. The ideal candidate takes initiative, thinks outside the box, asks thoughtful questions, communicates clearly, and is eager to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.

WHY THIS ROLE:

This role is part of a collaborative Florida marketing team supporting offices, teams, and pursuits across the state. The position provides opportunities to contribute to strategic pursuits, client presentations, and regional marketing initiatives while growing skills and responsibilities over time.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Coordinate proposal, qualification, and presentation deliverables from kickoff through final submission, including deliverable schedules, compliance reviews, content development, editing, layout, and production, while communicating needs, status, and potential challenges.
  • Work closely with the Florida Division Marketing Director, marketing teammates, and operations leaders to support pursuit strategy and develop clear, compelling, client-focused messaging.
  • Collaborate with technical team members to gather project information, resumes, approach narratives, graphics, and other pursuit content.
  • Maintain and improve marketing resources, including project profiles, resumes, proposal content, photography, CRM data, and other pursuit materials, helping ensure information is accurate, current, and readily available.
  • Ensure consistent quality across Florida marketing deliverables, including proofreading, formatting, brand alignment, and proposal compliance.
  • Coordinate presentations including content development, team coordination, logistics, and support for presentation preparation and coaching.
  • Assist with project photography, award submissions, case studies, and other storytelling efforts that strengthen Robins & Morton’s presence in the Florida market.
  • Support regional marketing needs, including client events, community engagement, internal and external communications, and market research.
  • Participate in team collaboration, workload planning, and process improvement, contributing ideas and identifying opportunities to help the Florida marketing team work efficiently and consistently across offices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.
  • CRM, marketing database, or project information system experience preferred.

Candidates with direct AEC proposal or pursuit experience may be considered at the Senior Marketing Coordinator or other appropriate level.
