CIC Construction Group is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to drive growth through compelling marketing materials, digital communications, and social media for multiple construction brands.

You will design graphics and presentations, manage the website, and coordinate content across operations, business development, and leadership teams, delivering high-quality marketing resources to strengthen our brand.

Qualifications

• Previous marketing experience within the AEC industry.
• Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong professional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong graphic design and visual communication capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience managing corporate social media content and digital communications.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage projects through completion.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, companies, and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver marketing and communications materials that support strategic objectives.
• Develop graphic designs, presentations, project sheets, and brochures.
• Coordinate social media content and digital communications.
• Maintain website content and content libraries; manage photography and visual assets.
• Translate technical construction information into compelling marketing content.
• Support proposals, recruiting initiatives, and brand visibility efforts.
• Balance multiple priorities and manage projects from concept to completion.
