CIC Group, Inc. seeks an onsite Marketing Designer in Perrysburg, OH to support growth through marketing production, digital communications, and brand-consistent design across multiple construction companies.

You will update websites, coordinate photography, and manage digital initiatives with a fast-paced, detail‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience in the AEC industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong graphic design and visual communication capabilities.
• Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint and strong proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience managing corporate social media content and digital communications.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects through completion.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Collaborative approach across departments and companies.

Responsabilités

• Partner with BD, operations, project teams, leadership, and vendors to create marketing materials.
• Design and develop graphics and visual assets for presentations, proposals, brochures, and social content.
• Create digital assets while maintaining branding standards across deliverables.
• Update website content and maintain organized content libraries.
• Coordinate photography and other visual assets for marketing needs.
• Monitor and manage digital communications initiatives.
• Independently manage projects from concept through completion.

Perrysburg, OH onsite role supporting business growth through marketing production, digital communications, and brand-consistent design work across multiple construction companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business development, operations, project teams, company leadership, and external vendors to create and deliver marketing and communications materials aligned to strategic objectives.
• Design and develop graphics and visual assets, including presentations, project sheets, proposal materials, brochures, and social media content.
• Create digital assets while maintaining company branding standards across deliverables.
• Update and maintain website content and keep content libraries organized.
• Coordinate photography and other visual assets to support marketing needs.
• Monitor and manage digital communication initiatives.
• Independently manage projects from concept through completion.

Requirements

• Prior marketing experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong professional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong graphic design and visual communication capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience managing corporate social media content and digital communications.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and manage projects through completion.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and time management.
• Collaborative approach across multiple departments, companies, and organizational levels.
