Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Market Manager for Cement to develop and execute business strategies aimed at expanding market share within the Dallas sales territory. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on customer support and local travel.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in the cement/building materials industry, strong communication, and proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and QlikView. Travel ranges from 10% to 20%, with relocation assistance available for those outside the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in the cement/building materials industry.
• Sandler sales training and certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, SAP, Salesforce, and QlikView.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a Business Strategy designed to gain or protect market share.
• Provide basic technical service to Amrize customers in the territory.
• Lead the territory Marketing and Sales efforts within the Business Unit.
• Monitor the quality and performance of Amrize and competitive products in the territory.
• Creates clear business strategy for key accounts and increases share.
• Develops customer relationships and revenue goals.
• Tracks major sales opportunities through the selling process.
