Job summary

Amrize in the Dallas area is seeking a Market Manager, Cement, to lead the market strategy and drive growth from a home office. You will manage key accounts, build lasting relationships, and coordinate sales and marketing efforts across the territory, with local and some national travel.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction materials, cement sales experience, and hands-on skills with SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business/engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years in construction materials; cement sales experience preferred.
• Sandler sales training and certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a business strategy to gain or protect market share.
• Provide basic technical service to Amrize customers in the territory.
• Lead the territory Marketing and Sales efforts within the Business Unit.
• Monitor the quality and performance of Amrize and competitive products in the territory.
• Gathers territory intelligence and builds a realistic succession pipeline of customers to be sold.
