Job description

Overview:

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to join our wireless division based out of Utah. The role involves managing daily operations performed by crews and subcontractors in the construction, installation, and testing of Telecom projects, including cell tower build/sites. The manager will also handle pre-construction due diligence, punch walks for completed projects, and review site closeouts for client documentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and schedule Civil/Tower Crews on assigned sites.
2. Perform pre-construction walks with property owners/landlords, ensuring scope of work matches plans and is constructible.
3. Coordinate with PMs on material needs, ensuring timely ordering and delivery.
4. Ensure subcontractors work safely, perform quality work, and address deficiencies promptly.
5. Complete on-site Job Safety Analysis for all crews.
6. Handle tower owner close outs and building permit closures.
7. Ensure all as-built/redlined documents are complete and accurate, and forwarded to relevant teams.
8. Coordinate obtaining permits for cranes, lifts, and battery removals from qualified vendors.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of wireless construction and site management experience (AT&T experience preferred).
• Prioritization of Safety and Quality.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and documents (CDs, Structural Analysis, RFDS).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Quickbase.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
• Valid Driver's License.
