Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Project Manager for the Mid-Atlantic portfolio to lead utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, and Repowering projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.

You will apply Principle Based Management to strengthen ownership, improve execution discipline, and build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders nationwide, while traveling 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing EPC, industrial, infrastructure, utility-scale renewable energy, or large capital projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, cost, forecasting, risk mitigation, contracts, or customer commitments.
• Experience leading project teams, subcontractors, vendors, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute project plans, forecasts, risk mitigation strategies, and phase-gate deliverables from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.
• Apply economic thinking to evaluate cost, risk, schedule, and value tradeoffs while making timely decisions that improve project outcomes.
• Build and develop high-performing teams by setting clear expectations, coaching for contribution, and aligning strengths to project and business needs.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, utilities, consultants, and internal partners to support transparent communication and disciplined execution.
• Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships by resolving challenges, honoring commitments, and creating mutual long-term value.
