POSITION SCOPE – GreenGen currently has an open opportunity for a Construction Manager to oversee and direct on-site construction projects from conception to completion under the terms of GreenGen contracts. This full-time position will report directly to the Director of Project Management and will serve as a trusted partner and proxy to the DPM. They will work with the DPM and PM team to ensure implementation plans are effectively developed, communicated, managed, and executed.

- Identify and solve problems to maintain the project schedule and budget.
- Ensure work conforms to contracted statements of work, project plans, and specifications.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Support the Project Manager by directing subcontractors and foremen to ensure timely and quality completion of contracted work.
- Create and manage job schedules with the Project Manager and/or Director of Project Management.
- Perform investment-grade building audits.
- Oversee the performance, commissioning, and acceptance processes with subcontractors and customer witnesses.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules.
- Review daily subcontractor construction reports and take action as necessary.
- Prepare daily project reports based on reporting from subcontractors, trades, and material vendors.
- Supervise inspection, testing, commissioning, and final punch out in accordance with the quality control plan.
- Ensure compliance with installation directives for site access.
- Complete required safety training and/or certifications to be on client sites.
- Lead and/or attend regular construction meetings to support efficient communication among project stakeholders.
- Timely and accurate reporting of all worksite quality actions.
- Immediate reporting of all project safety incidents and promoting safe work practices.
- Daily supervision of GreenGen subcontractors working on-site.
- Manage project change control and escalate any requested scope deviations for approval.
LOCATION – Remote (United States)
TRAVEL – Will be required for this role up to 60% of the time.
