This role offers hands-on learning to prepare for future leadership positions in construction management. You will work with division personnel, subcontractors, and homeowners to ensure smooth project execution and timely home deliveries, while developing essential

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Construction experience is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
• Complete punch lists and assist with new home orientation lists.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assist with model/inventory maintenance.
• Assist in areas of service-related issues and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
