Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager Trainee to support the construction management process in Tulsa, OK. You will assist with job scheduling, inspect sites for safety, and help finalize punch lists and new home orientations.

You will also help keep sites clean, support model/inventory tasks, and engage with division personnel, subcontractors, and homeowners to ensure smooth project execution. This hands-on role provides learning opportunities for future leadership in construction management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of homebuilding/construction experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Effective communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
• Complete punch lists and assist with new home orientation tasks.
• Attend construction meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in model/inventory maintenance.
• Assist in service-related issues with daily coordination.
• Interact with division personnel, subcontractors, partners and homeowners.
