Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager Trainee to support scheduling, site safety, punch lists, and new home orientation. You will work with division personnel, subcontractors, and homeowners to ensure smooth project execution and timely home deliveries.

This hands-on program prepares you for future leadership in construction management and emphasizes quality, cost control, and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 0–2 years of homebuilding/construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Effective communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules.
• Inspect and enforce job safety requirements.
• Complete punch lists and assist with new home orientation lists.
• Attend construction meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and assist with model/inventory maintenance.
• Assist in service-related issue areas.
• Interact daily with division personnel, subcontractors, partners, and homeowners.
