Job summary

Century 3, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager, MEP to lead planning, scheduling, and field execution on semiconductor and cleanroom projects in Beaverton, OR.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage safety, quality, and schedule while supporting the Project Manager with cost control and contractual compliance. The role requires an initiative-taking, schedule-driven professional who can adapt to changing priorities, field conditions, and client requirements in technically complex operating

Qualifications

• Four+ years of construction management experience preferred.
• Experience managing semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, or similar complex projects preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Procore and project documentation management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and actively manage the project schedule with master and look-ahead plans.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, materials, and field productivity against schedule.
• Identify risks and implement recovery strategies to protect milestones.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and field teams to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Support safety, quality, and cost-control programs and communicate changes to leadership.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
