Job summary

You will supervise subcontractors, drive safety and quality, manage cost against contract requirements, and coordinate with project stakeholders to meet milestones in semiconductor cleanroom environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of construction management experience preferred.
• Experience managing semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, mission-critical, or similarly complex construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and project execution, including master schedule integration and look-ahead planning.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and field progress to meet milestones.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cost control in alignment with contractual requirements.
• Communicate effectively with project leadership and stakeholders to address risks and changes.
