Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in construction.
• GC background strongly preferred.
• MEP background highly desirable.
• Experience supporting semiconductor or other advanced manufacturing/tech clients is a plus.
• Projects range from $250,000 to $5 million in value.
• Proficiency in estimating, subcontractor negotiation, contract administration, financial management, and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with limited admin support.
• Degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred; relevant experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project estimates, proposals, and schedules and present to clients.
• Assist with subcontractor procurement, including bidding, negotiations, and contracts.
• Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance for quality, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage project financials: billing, budgets, change orders, and reconciliations.
• Create and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Spend significant time onsite to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
• Maintain proactive, professional client communication and issue resolution.
• Represent CBRE with professionalism on a high-tech semiconductor campus.
