Job summary

High Purity Solutions is seeking an Industrial Construction Project Manager to lead lead-cleanroom builds in the semiconductor sector. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, directing complex lifecycles with technical excellence and a family-oriented culture.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or construction management and at least 5 years of industrial PM experience, with proficiency in Procore, Sage/Timberline, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial project management experience.
• Proficiency with Procore, Sage/Timberline, and cost control software.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Revit.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Direct all day-to-day management of construction projects to ensure delivery within budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with Site Superintendents to monitor performance and maintain quality control.
• Manage design-build scopes by coordinating with engineering firms to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Administer financial controls, including subcontractor billings, owner requisitions, and monthly cost reviews.
• Foster positive relationships with owners and subcontractors for project satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers within the team.
• Oversee project documentation and change management via Procore.
