Job summary

Century 3, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to support the Site Construction Manager in Beaverton, OR. The role emphasizes documentation, scheduling, and coordination across design engineers, field foremen, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and proven ability to manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders within fast-paced construction projects, including semiconductor or cleanroom environments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction project administration or similar admin roles.
• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or complex construction projects is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with design engineers and field foremen on fast-paced schedules.
• Familiarity with union construction environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize all project documents including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and meeting notes.
• Track and route RFIs, submittals, and change orders to support the Construction Management Team.
• Assist Site Construction Manager with monitoring manpower, materials, equipment, logistics, and schedules.
• Support implementation of safety, quality, logistics, and construction execution requirements.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute progress reports and minutes.
• Represent Century 3 professionally and maintain accountability to clients and project teams.
