Qualifications

• 6 years of experience knowing when to follow or break the process.
• Strong working knowledge of demolition and decision making.
• Ownership mindset treating company funds as your own.
• Willingness to relocate to Pocatello, ID, or to work remotely.
• Practical carpentry skills developed in contract settings.
• Familiarity with roofing and related tools or frameworks.
• 6+ years of experience that built strong instincts.

Responsibilities

• Keep Newmark's Roofing pipeline humming without constant hand-holding
• Keep manager expectations grounded in what the contract role can deliver
• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, professional manner
• Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for review by leadership
• Show up for the unglamorous general maintenance nobody volunteers for
• Surface risks early, loudly, and with a proposed fix attached
