Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, North America’s largest commercial roofing contractor, seeks a New Construction Project Manager for the Jessup, MD area. You will supervise roofing crews, coordinate materials with the Service Director, ensure safety standards, and manage site inspections.

Strong communication and blueprint-reading skills are essential. This role offers year-round work, competitive wages, and growth opportunities within a large national organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing assemblies and leak detection is highly preferred.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Capability of interpreting blueprints is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple roofing crews to plan and execute projects.
• Work with Service Director & Warehouse Manager to order materials.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site and conduct pre/post-job inspections.
• Maintain paperwork and ensure daily communication with customers and employees.
