Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced New Construction Project Manager in Jessup, MD to supervise roofing crews and drive projects in the Jessup/DC/Manassas/Alexandria/Arlington corridor. You will coordinate material orders, ensure safe job sites, and maintain accurate project paperwork while communicating with customers and team members.

Expect year-round work, a strong backlog, growth potential, and competitive pay of $26–$32 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing assemblies and leak detection is highly preferred.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Capability of interpreting blueprints is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple roofing crews to plan and execute projects.
• Coordinate material orders with Service Director & Warehouse Manager.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site; conduct pre-job & post-job inspections; maintain paperwork.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and employees.
